The Christ Hospital Joint & Spine Center’s new 4K arthroscopy technology – the first and only device of its kind in the Tristate. The Arthrex SynergyUHD4 camera and image management system uses a thin telescope to look inside joints during arthroscopic procedures. While in the past, the picture clarity viewable to surgeons was high-definition, showing 16 million colors, the new 4K arthroscope now offers physicians images with clarity showing 1 billion colors.
This superb image clarity results in greater depth perception and accuracy, enabling surgeons to provide more accurate diagnosis and precision treatment. It provides a full color gamut that improves accurate assessment during surgery. The SynergyUHD4 also has built-in integration and web conferencing hardware.
